Control Valve

The ZD162-1 valve block is designed to allow efficient and precise control over a single side of a wastegate to maintain turbo boost control. It can also be used as a simple single switching valve to power throttle blippers or similar applications.

The Shiftec bespoke control valve features a rapid response time and high flow rate, giving greater control and accuracy than many other similar products.

The single block design allows for streamlined packaging and installation.

The CNC machined block has a black anodised finish and incorporates two mounting holes. Pneumatic fittings are JIC standard.
